Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) Yoga

I love SUP Yoga! You find true mindfulness as you stretch and strengthen, floating on the board, surrounded in nature’s beauty.  Plus, it’s a water sport, so it’s light-hearted and fun.

And…there is nothing like Savasana, while the waves gently rock you, the sun softly warms your body and your fingers dangle in the water. Ahhhh…Yoga bliss!

All ages and levels welcome. No prior yoga or SUP experience necessary.

Private SUP Yoga Classes

Includes paddle lesson and board rental (2 hours)

  • Private: $75
  • Couple’s private SUP: $60 each
  • 3 or more: $50 each
