Revival & Rejuvenation
Since you have become a teacher:
Has it become challenging to make time for your own practice?
Do you ever feel like you’re teaching the same thing repeatedly and trying to find varied sequences?
Do you feel like you forget certain cues for alignment and postural adjustments?
I can’t imagine a teacher who doesn’t struggle with these same issues at some point.
That’s why I came up with a this 3-day course as a renewal just for YOU as a teacher. This will give you a chance to receive as a change, since you are always busy giving. You will get to enjoy asana and meditation as a student, but also receive ample time to refresh your teaching skills, and bring you to a higher level. Furthermore, you will be able to count this towards your necessary CEU’s (continuing education) for Yoga Alliance. One of the best parts is meeting, collaborating and reconnecting with other teachers! This will prove to be an invaluable opportunity to improve the quality of your teaching, your entire outlook on teaching and even better, inspire you to new levels in your life
