Tara Nolan, Founder/Owner

Tara, ERYT-500, CYLC - Certified Yoga Life Coach, SUP Yoga Certified, writer and spiritual enthusiast, founded T Nolan Yoga in 2008, after completing her 200-RYT certification in Bali, Indonesia with Radiantly Alive Yoga Vinyasa. Tara left the US after the sudden loss of a dear friend, forfeited the battle with corporate America, leaving behind a high-level executive position in Chicago/Milwaukee, and a relationship she had struggled with, all in search of something, without having any idea what that was.

After traveling South America, SE Asia, New Zealand and Australia, she changed her plane ticket yet again, as she was drawn to a yoga teacher training back in SE Asia, in Bali. With no interest of being a yoga teacher, she followed her intuition here and wasn’t sure exactly why she wanted to do this, but she did and that was all that mattered. It was nothing short of a calling.

Today, Tara leads retreats and teacher trainings around the world and has since 2008 when she returned committed to dedicating to this practice and sharing it with others. Tara is a smart, savvy business woman, with a lust for life, fun and adventure. She has learned she is a part of something larger in this world, something that truly matters and there is no going back.

Tara has studied yoga and done several teacher trainings since, finding influence from the following styles and teachers such as Jivamukti Yoga, Seane Corn, Baron Baptiste Power Yoga, Anna Forest, Deborah Williamson, Sadie Nardini, Tripsichore Yoga and many more. She will bring you a class that makes you sweat and inspires you to new levels physically and mentally, so you discover the strength you have both on and off the mat.

Bill then became an instructor for Mind Dynamics, a California based organization. He developed new course material and was promoted to running their West Coast operation.

After two years with Mind Dynamics, Bill started The Meditation Institute, in 1972, located in Milwaukee, WI. Here he taught over 3,000 people, trained instructors, developed advanced programs and follow up workshops to help insure success for his students.

Bill now works with small groups in WI and FL, sharing his knowledge and teaching people to meditate as he continues his own growth.

Heather Dietz
Heather Dietz is a yogi mama, who is passionate about living her life as her true, authentic, sassy self. As a RYT 200 certified yoga instructor, she has taken the principles she learned in the classroom and on her mat and applied them to her own life. After founding Blackbird Yoga, Heather felt the need to ensure her and her family were living as naturally as possible. She has embraced the world of essential oil. Using, sharing, teaching and incorporating them into her life and practice, never looking back. You will leave her upbeat, spiritual class with a calm mind, strong body and greater sense of self. Your moment has arrived.

Heidi Eldred
Heidi’s favorite things are her family, dogs, teaching yoga and travel. Her favorite souvenir from her travels is to take a yoga class or training in every town or county she visits. She loves bringing a sense of adventure and community to her classes with the hope that her students will leave with a greater sense of confidence and connection with each other. You can expect to sweat a little in Heidi’s classes, but you’ll also practice at a moderate steady pace in order to build strength and flexibility with alignment always in mind. Heidi completed her Yoga Alliance RYT 500 teacher training with Jason Crandell at Triyoga Camden, UK April 2018 . She's taught Vinyasa Flow Yoga since June 2012 receiving her RYT 200 training from Innerfire Yoga, Madison, Wisconsin.

Jill Derdzinkski
Jill took her first yoga class in 2007 at Nature Yoga Sanctuary in Chicago. A former athlete, Jill was amazed at the physical and mental effects of the yoga practice. She was happier, more grounded, and her insomnia seemed to melt away. In 2011, she dove deeper and received her 200 Hour Teacher Certification at Nature Yoga under Mark Lerro. She has since attended several workshops worldwide to continue her understanding and connection to the ancient practice of yoga. In 2015, she was certified with PaddleFit to teach SUP Yoga Classes. In March 2018, she received her teaching certificate in yin yoga after studying 5 Element Theory with Kali Basman in Tulum, Mexico.

Jill has deepened her spiritual journey in recent years by studying various healing modalities. She received her Usui Reiki II attunement in 2015 and Huna Healing I certification under Belinda Farrell in Hawaii in 2016. Jill has spent several months in the last year studying with Paititi Institute in Peru, covering a vast array of subjects from indigenous Amazonian healing to Breathwork, meditation and permaculture. She devotes much of her time to studying plants and herbs, holistic nutrition and Acupressure/Traditional Chinese Medicine. Jill is currently studying Jin Shin Do, which is an Asian Bodywork Therapy, weaving together Chinese Medicine, Japanese Acu-Theory and western psychotherapy.

When not traveling, Jill resides in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, where she feels most grounded and connected to the earth. Her yang teaching style emphasizes mindfulness, connection to one's self and playfulness. Her yin yoga teaching style deepens students’ understanding of the rhythms of the earth while holding space for each to go deep within and access stillness in their body and soul.
